Customer Support contacted me and is shipping a replacement. I am satisfied with the resolution of my issue and have upgraded my experience to 5 stars. On impulse I purchased a $9.95 knife from Heard from Customer Support and they have resolved my issue to my satisfaction. They are reshipping a replacement knife. Gunner Gear. Had a hard time trying to open the knife but after several tries I got it to open. Problem came knife will not close. Wrote Gunner Gear support and they responded the next day. A video demo was attached to the email showing how to open and close the knife. Unfortunately, the knife I had is different than the one in the video and will not close no matter how hard or which way I moved the ridge bar.

I ordered 2 Stun Guns

I ordered 2 Stun Guns. They were not activating when I would press the stun button, well I emailed Gunner Gear customer service, and within minutes they had replied. They sent me a video on what do do, which was extremely detailed and simple to follow. I did not know that it had a kill switch that needed to be activated with a small device, which was sent with the Stun Gun. After following the video instruction, which was literally about 10 seconds short, the Stun Gun was activated and SHOCKING! It was such a pleasure to see and experience, great prompt customer service, which as we all know hardly exist anymore. 3 S's of knives Strong, Sharp, and...

I just copied part of an email I sent Gunner Gear the other day😃 Thank you so much. And I love the knifes I got from you already. I can vouch for there quality. They are strong and they are Sharp with a capital "S." I cut myself with the smith & wesson, and the other day I was cutting a box, and I misplaced my utility knife, but I had my kill bill(Uma. I just like to call it the other) knife in my pocket, and I swear, this is no joke. That knife is sharper than my utility knife. A razor!!! I mean it cut like it was just going through air. The piece was a foot and a half long, and I swear, that first cut had zero resistance. I wasn't expecting it to be that sharp, so I gave it a little extra, and honestly, I was shocked. I don't know how to explain it better than that. But, if someone was on the fence about buying these knives, like I was, I can promise you, there is no question. You will have NO COMPLAINTS😃👍
